RR Couplings

RR couplings (Radialy Removeble couplings):- Radially Removable (RR Couplings) or Spacer type Couplings It is same design of star couple consists of two long jaw hub joints with extra hub with bolts. Shaft hole and keyways done on extra hub.

RR couplings design for to connect large gap between driver and driven shaft and to replace star elements without declamp both connected rotating devices. These couplings are assential for reducing downtime and labour in application like industrial pumps, conveyors and blowers where shaft separation is critical.

Construction Of Material

It consists of two long jaw hub and jointed hub of cast iron material. Elastomeric elements consists of star shaped Nitrile rubber or Poly urethane for highter shock absorbtion and long life.

Maintenance Free

These couplings require no maintenance and no lubrication, offering a clean, reliable solution. Only wear parts is elastomeric elements (Rubber spider or poly urithane).
